Many of our clients enjoy meeting on the Eastside in order to avoid the traffic and confusion of a large city.
Our location on the eighth and part of the seventh floor presents all offices with a breathe-taking 360-degree view. To the East you’ll see the Cascade Mountain Range and to the West is the Seattle skyline nestled over Lake Washington. The center has the “old world” charm of dark woods and regal furnishings, with just a touch of modern. The ambience is comfortable, yet formal, as our clientele consists of a wide-range of professionals. As the administrative team, we cater to our client’s every need, from filing business cards to personally delivering packages.
The center not only features prime offices with fabulous views, but comfortable inside spaces as well. Bellevue City Center features a glass conference room with view of the eastern horizon. This room offers a perfect space for small meetings of up to six persons. We also have a larger conference room for up to ten persons in the interior of the building. Although this room boasts no view, it is a quiet, private room fully equipped with state-of-the-art video-conferencing equipment, as well as a TV/VCR and LCD Projector to meet every possible need. Our business lounge has recently been redecorated and updated to make the “business person on-the-go” comfortable. The building itself provides three additional state-of-the-art meeting spaces, each with enough room to train 50 people.
The building is conveniently situated in the middle of the downtown area in a copper-colored glass high-rise next to the Bellevue Transit Terminal. This location allows for walks to lunch at any of the dozen or so restaurants and quick shopping trips in the two nearby malls, as well as other amenities expected of a world class location, such as a gym and a local library. Covered parking for our clients is provided in our basement garage, featuring free Valet parking at all times.

FROM I-405N: Take the NE 8th St W exit. You will be on NE 8th St heading West
FROM I-405S: Take the NE 8th St W exit. Bare to the Right onto NE 8th St West
Turn Left onto 108th Avenue NE. The centre is located on the 8th floor in the copper-colored glass highrise, 1 block South on the Lefthand side, next to the Transit Terminal. Parking is available in the underground garage, with the entrance on the South end of the building.
