The Williams Square Center is located in a prominent 26-story landmark building and is the icon of Las Colinas, Irving's most prestigious business address. Tourists enjoy visiting the Mustang statues in the building’s courtyard. Inviting floor-to-ceiling two-story windows offer dramatic views of the Mustangs. All offices come completely furnished with executive-style furnishings. The center offers meeting rooms, day offices, and a business lounge. For larger events, training rooms located in the building can up to eighty people.

The building also features multiple restaurant choices, including the newly opened Cafe at Williams Square. From North Dallas:
Take I-635 West to I-35 South, exit Loop 12. Continue South on Loop 12 and exit Hwy. 114. Travel West on Hwy. 114 and exit O’Connor, turn right. Building and visitor’s parking is one block North on the left past Las Colinas Blvd.
From Downtown:
Take I-35 North to the 183/114 exit (veer left). Proceed westbound and veer right onto Hwy. 114. Remain on Hwy. 114 West and exit O’Connor. Building and visitor’s parking is one block North on the left past Las Colinas Blvd.
From Arlington:
Take 360 North to 183 East. Exit O’Connor Road and turn left on O’Connor. Follow O’Connor all the way into Las Colinas. Building and visitor’s parking is one block North of Hwy. 114 on the left past Las Colinas Blvd.
By Air:
From D/FW Airport:
Using the North airport exit, turn right onto Hwy. 114. Take the O’Connor Road exit and turn left on O’Connor. Building and visitor’s parking is one block North on the left past Las Colinas Blvd.
