Frisco Square Center offers our clients one of the most prestigious addresses available in North Dallas. It is in a newly constructed, very popular area. Being north of all the fast paced, hustle and bustle of city life, it’s a welcome relief from the extreme traffic that Dallas is known for. We are conveniently located on the southeast corner of the North Dallas Tollway and Main Street situated across the street from the ever-exciting Pizza Hut Park, home of the Football Club of Dallas. This is a venue for the popular sport of soccer, and host to famous entertainers such as Kenney Chesney, Carrie Underwood, George Strait, Rascal Flatts and weekend events such as Edgefest, to name a few.
The center is on a quaint avenue, complete with street lamps, brick intersections, and balconied condominiums over top of merchant shops. The street is lined with several small eateries, an elegant spa, an upscale furniture store and a cleaners. We are across the street from a pretty little park that showcases the new Frisco City Hall. Added to all of this will soon be a Movie Studio Grill and a Mattito’s Mexican Restaurant. More importantly, in the Fall of 2006, construction will begin on an adjacent building to our center that will increase our office space to double the size it is now. There will be a triple deck parking garage added, as well.
The main floor lobby has a beautiful inviting entrance with high ceilings, marble tile flooring, classic floral arrangements and chic furniture. Clients enjoy the use of a comfortable reception area, equipped with soft leather chairs, rich mahogany wood accents, and an etched glass wall background. There are two conference rooms available. Both areas have their own telephone system and internet hook ups. Video conferencing and other advanced audio-visual technology are available as needed. Take a break in our cozy kitchen for lunch, snacks.
Stonebriar shopping mall is 5 miles north accompanying famous name brand stores, such as IKEA, Old Navy, Stein Mart, Linens ‘N’ Things, Bed Bath and Beyond, Circuit City, and Best Buy. Restaurants abound with ever-popular favorites like the Red Lobster, Macaroni Grill, Texas Land and Cattle, The Outback Steakhouse, Down Under Pub, Irish Rover and Gloria’s.
