By Road:
From North Dallas Area near I-75 and I-635
Travel South on I-75 and exit I-35E South (Woodall Rodgers Fwy). Then take the first exit, which is Pearl St. and turn right onto Pearl St (traveling North). Then turn right onto Cedar Springs. The Crescent Court Building will be located on your right at the corner of Pearl St. and Cedar Springs.
From North Dallas Area near the North Dallas Tollway and I-635
Travel South on the North Dallas Tollway through the last toll plaza. Stay to the left, which becomes Harry Hines Blvd. You will see a sign for Pearl St. which requires you to veer off to the left, then you will need to move over one lane to the right. Stay with Pearl St. to Cedar Springs and turn left onto Cedar Springs. The Crescent Court Building will be on your right at the corner of Pearl St. and Cedar Springs.
From South Dallas on I-35E North/Hwy 67 North
From I-35E Northbound take exit I-75 North (Woodall Rodgers Fwy). Then take the Pearl St. exit and turn left onto Pearl St. (traveling North). Then turn right onto Cedar Springs. The Crescent Court Building will be located on your right at the corner of Pearl St. and Cedar Springs.
From South Dallas on I-45 North
From I-45 Northbound merge with I-75 North (Central Expwy) and take the I-35E exit (Woodall Rodgers Fwy). Then take the Pearl St. exit and turn right onto Pearl St. (traveling North). Then turn right onto Cedar Springs. The Crescent Court Building will be located on your right at the corner of Pearl St. and Cedar Springs.
From I-30
Traveling either east or west on I-30 take the I-35E North exit and then exit I-75 North (Woodall Rodgers Fwy). Then take the Pearl St. exit and turn left onto Pearl St. (traveling North). Next turn right onto Cedar Springs. The Crescent Court Building will be located on your right at the corner of Pearl St. and Cedar Springs.
By Air:
From DFW International Airport
Take the South exit out of the airport to Hwy 183 East, this will merge with I-35E South. Stay on I-35E and exit Oak Lawn Avenue. Take a left on Oak Lawn. Turn right onto Maple Avenue. Travel down about a mile. Go through the stop light at Cedar Springs. The building will be on your right at the intersection of Maple and McKinney Avenue. Self parking is located in a garage under the building.
From Lovefield Airport
Exit the airport by going straight through the traffic light, you will now be on Cedar Springs. Follow Cedar Springs for 3 miles, and turn right onto Turtle Creek Blvd. And continue until it becomes Cedar Springs again. The Crescent Court Building is located just past the intersection of Maple and Cedar Springs.
