Watters Creek is a 1.15 million square foot, LEED certified, mixed-use development opening this spring and being developed by Trademark Property Company, our current landlord in the Woodlands. Watters Creek includes 550,000 SF of specialty retail and restaurants, 300 residences, 200,000 SF of Class A office space, a cinema, a gourmet grocer and a lifestyle hotel. More than 40 retail tenants are signed up including Ann Taylor, Borders, Eddie Bauer, Sephora, Vera Bradley and a dozen restaurants, most of which will offer al fresco dining…including Cheesecake Factory, MiCocina, PF Changs, Brio, Tuscan Grille, Cru Wine Bar, Naan and Starbucks.
