About this center
The Newtown Center is located in beautiful, historical Bucks County. It is ideally situated in the Newtown Business Commons with easy access to the I-95 corridor. Our tastefully decorated suites are fully furnished and range from 60 square feet to 250 square feet.
Clients enjoy the use of our reception area, two fully furnished conference rooms and a full size kitchen. The center also provides on-site IT and Administrative support and a state-of-the-art telecommunications network, high speed Internet access, videoconferencing and other audio-visual technology.
The Hampton Inn is located minutes from our Center and is right off of the I-95 Exit. A few miles down the road are many family owned restaurants and shops. The Newtown Athletic Center is within walking distance of our facility and the quaint Newtown Movie Theatre is minutes away. You can also enjoy the beautiful scenery of Tyler State Park and a stroll down Main Street in the heart of Newtown Borough.

By Road:
From Philadelphia via I-95 North
Take I-95 North to Exit 49 Newtown/Yardley.
At the light make a left onto 332 West.
Go to the 5th traffic light and make a right onto Penns Trail, travel approx. 1/4 mile, 5th building on right (12 Penns Trail).
From New Jersey via I-95 South
Take I-95 South to Exit 49 Newtown/Yardley.
At the top of the ramp, bear right onto 332 West.
Go to the 4th traffic light and make a right onto Penns Trail, travel approx. 1/4 mile, 5th building on right (12 Penns Trail).
From King of Prussia
Take the Pennsylvania Turnpike East to Exit 28 (Philadelphia).
Take Route 1 North (bear left at the Route 1 bypass avoiding Route 1 business) to I-95 North (landmark is Sesame Place water tower) to Exit 49 Newtown/Yardley.
At the light make a left onto 332 West.
Go to the 5th traffic light and make a right onto Penns Trail, travel approx. 1/4 mile, 5th building on right (12 Penns Trail).
From New York
From Hudson Street bear left onto Holland Tunnel.
Entering New Jersey, bear left (West) onto 14th Street.
Continue (West) on I-78 (US-1).
At the Toll Road bear right (West) onto I-78 Toll (New Jersey Turnpike, Exit Toll W.) Toll road turn off onto ramp heading toward I-95 South.
Toll road merge onto I-95 toll (New Jersey Tpk. Cars Only Lane)
At I-95 toll exit #10 continue (South-West) on New Jersey Tpk. Cars Only Lane.
At the New Jersey Turnpike Exit 9, bear right onto ramp.
Stay on ramp, merge onto SR-18, turn off onto ramp, continue on US-1.
Merge onto I-95.
Entering Pennsylvania
Take I-95 South to Exit 49 Newtown/Yardley.
At the top of the ramp, bear right onto 332 West.
Go to the 4th traffic light and make a right onto Penns Trail, travel approx. 1/4 mile, 5th building on right (12 Penns Trail).
