DTC Metropoint Center is conveniently located at the junction of Denver's two main highways, I-25 and I-225 and in the heart of the Denver Technology Center. Metropoint I is the winner of the 2002 Denver BOMA, Southwest Region BOMA and International BOMA Building of the Year Awards, as well as the 2000/2001 Denver Tech Center Best Overall Flowers and Landscaping Award. This 14-story building features a granite lobby with a 2-story water feature, a café on the 2nd floor, an expansive patio and unparalleled views of the Rocky Mountains.
Located on the 7th Floor, the center has a support team to assist clients with office needs as well as any administrative duties.
